Abstract— Automotive lamp is one of the most important
design elements for car differentiation. Technology trends
of APR quest for highly efficient, long lifetime and cost
effective LED innovations which enable high performance
and affordable lighting solutions. LED innovations which
are specially developed to meet Asia customer needs are
briefly introduced, namely, new wide angle SnapLED for
homogeneous RCL design with reduced system complexity;
compact and high performance LUXEON F for uniform
DRL with light guide; high brightness Altilon H1K and
LUXEON F for main stream LED headlamp applications.
Furthermore, a modular approach based on LUXEON F
product family is introduced. A wide range of applications
including DRL, front fog, front turn and matrix beam can
be realized with LUXEON F modules.
