Abstract—With the development of automobile technology, new ambient light technology is also increasing fast, including new materials, new light sources, new interaction modes and so on. This paper focuses on the surface ambient light technology, and introduced the application research, technical characteristics, function application of the surface ambient light, it compared the technique feature of difference solutions and bring the basic guidance for application.
