Abstract—为防止灯具起雾,很多主机厂应用放置干燥剂的方案。但是,当干燥剂逐渐吸湿后会与周围环境达到平衡,那平衡后干燥剂是否还有吸收灯具内部湿气的作用,需要试验验证。干燥剂规格书中的吸湿能力参数是在开放的温湿度箱中测试取得,与放置在灯内能够吸收的湿气能力参数是否相同,需要进行试验验证。当灯具采用干燥剂方案时,测试防雾能力及寿命的试验方法和评价标准,是否可以等同非干燥剂方案?本文将就此展开讨论。

Abstract—In order to prevent the lamps from fogging, many OEMs use desiccants as solution. However, when the desiccant gradually absorbs moisture, it will reach a balance with the surrounding environment. Whether the desiccant is still effective after being balanced, that needs to be verified by experiments. The desiccant specification was tested in an environmental test chamber. Whether the parameters represent its capacity in the lamp, that needs to be verified by experiments. We need to know the real anti-fog capability of the desiccant in a lamp, so we should to discuss the test methods and evaluation criteria to avoid the trouble of desiccant failure.
