Research on Eco-tech Strategy of Passenger Vehicle Lamp Development

Abstract—In the course of the lamp development, how to optimize the cost by means of technical way and utilization of the better way to manage supplier, is the hot issue that always attracts the attention of the whole automobile industry. By analyzing the composition of lamp research and development cost, and the way for supplier to join the development of lamp, we put forward the concept of eco-tech solutions and the better way for the engagement of suppliers. We think that for the way of supplier’s participation, it should be based on the comprehensive evaluation on human resources and efficient management, and take different actions to ensure the working efficiency can be improved, human resources can shrink largely and therefore R&D cost decreased. The research in this paper illustrates the possible way to reduce R&D with the precondition of better performance, and indicate the direction for the eco-tech design on lamp development.
