硅烷改性湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的研制与应用

摘要

湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶(PUR)已逐渐成为车灯重要的装配材料之一,但往往一种PUR难以同时满足对多种灯壳材料的粘接要求。本文通过以44’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、硅烷偶联剂等为主要原料,控制R=n-NCO/n-OH)为2.2,制得PUR预聚体;然后通过不同种类硅烷偶联剂[GX-1170(3-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丙基)GX-550GX-560GX-570]对预聚体中的-NCO基进行部分封端,即制得SPUR。结果表明:GX-1170是较为理想的封端剂,封端率为10%时,SPUR综合热稳定性对玻璃、塑料(PPPCABS等)粘接性能最优,可大大减少了使用者对胶水的更换频率及浪费。

ABSTRACT

Moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt adhesive (PUR) has gradually become one of the important assembly materials for automotive lamps, but it is often difficult for one type of PUR to meet the bonding requirements for multiple lamp housing materials at the same time.In this paper, with 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), polyether polyol, polyester polyol, silane coupling agent, etc. as the main raw materials, controling R value or molar ratio of n(-NCO)/n(-OH ) was 2.2, and PUR prepolymers were prepared; then, through different kinds of silane coupling agents [GX-1170 , GX-550, GX-560 and GX-570, etc.],the -NCO group in the prepolymer is partially capped,SPUR adhesive was obtained..The results show that: GX-1170 is an ideal end-capping agent, and the end-capping rate of 10% can produce SPUR adhesive with good thermal stability and excellent adhesion to glass and plastics (PP, PC, ABS, etc.). It greatly reduces the user's replacement frequency and waste of adhesive.
