Shanghai 摘要: 透镜的轮廓度对于最终单元能呈现的光型效果至关重要。本文的目的找到一套能优化光学透镜轮廓度的解决方案。基于单层,双层,转芯三种成型方式,从模具与注塑工艺两方面来,来提出参数区间。结论基于透镜蓝光扫描报告。模具上,光学面对应模具部件的精度建议控制在±0.01mm之内。转芯成型,产品定位结构的截面需保证至少4*6mm。工艺上,单层,双层成型需按模流分析匹配冷却时间。采用低速,高压,高模温来成型。转芯成型需通过试模来矫正冷却时间,芯部成型需填充饱满,三次型保压压力建议80~90Mpa,保压时间10~15s来获得良好的轮廓度。该理论的提出,也是为了不断验证,不断迭代,最终指导今后的应用。 Abstract: The profile tolerance of the lens is critical to the Lighting Patterns of module unit. The aim of this paper is to find a set of solutions to optimize the profile tolerance of optical lens. Based on single-layer, double-layer, rotating core three-layer molding methods, put forward the parameter range from the mold and injection process. Conclusions are based on the blue ray scanning report. For the tooling, the accuracy of the optical face should be controlled within ±0.01mm. For rotary core molding, the section of product positioning structure should ensure at least 4*6mm. For the process parameters, single-layer and double-layer molding should match the cooling time according to moldflow analysis. Use low speed, high pressure and high mold temperature to molding. The cooling time should be corrected by tooling tryout for the rotating core molding, and the core layer should be filled fully. It is recommended that the holding pressure of the third layer should be 80 ~ 90MPa and the holding time should be 10 ~ 15s to obtain a good profile.
