Abstract:   In view of the defect of the traditional fog analysis method of using film thickness to simulate and analyze the fog risk of auto lamps in the design process, the method of temperature-dew point difference threshold value is proposed to analyze and study the fog risk of lamps, which can not only accurately judge whether and where the fog is generated, but also quantify the potential risk areas of fog. In this paper the results of the simulation are also compared with the winter tests, and the outcome is consistent with the test results.
