Abstract— Abstract: With the development of the automotive industry, people have put forward higher requirements for the aesthetics, comfort, and intelligence of car cabins. The interior atmosphere light, as a key component of the car cabin, can enhance the atmosphere of the car cabin while also achieving emotional interaction between people and vehicles, enhancing the driving experience of the vehicle. To further enhance the environmental contrast effect and actual driving comfort of the cockpit, this article designs a soft surface ambient light. This article is based on a new type of interior transparent material and optical component technology, and designs the optical and electronic parts of the soft surface ambient light, and verifies its actual lighting effect through physical verification. At the same time, the dynamic effect of the ambient light source on this surface was designed and verified through APP control. The experimental results show that the soft surface ambient light not only ensures the original optical effect, but also provides a softer tactile experience, greatly expands the application area of the ambient light, creates a softer and more comfortable cabin environment, a warmer cabin atmosphere, and more intelligent cabin functions, which has high practical value.
