Spectral Ray Tracing From Near Field Goniophotometer MeasurementsRadiantZemax,KXOptoelectronics ABSTRACT Measuredlightsourcemodelshavebeenwidelyusedinraytracesimulationsforopticaldesignformorethan15yearsnow, but to date the generated ray sets have not contained spectralinformation. In some limitedcases, tristimulusmeasurements can be helpful, but most ray tracing software requires a specificwavelength assignedtoeachraytoenablefullcolorsimulationsofanopticalsystem.
