Design of Modularized LED Headlamp

随着汽车的日益普及，汽车的质量问题越来越成为顾客关注的焦点，顾客对整车质量的期望值也越来越高，极端天气使得车灯雾气问题已经被推到风口浪尖，有些顾客遇到车灯雾气问题就抱怨或者要求更换新灯。顾客的要求是否合理？如何判定是雾气问题还是车灯密封不良而造成的进水问题？车灯雾气有哪些特殊性？LED车灯与普通卤素车灯在雾气问题上有哪些不同之处？处理LED车灯雾气问题有哪些特殊的方法？

为回答上述这些问题，作者将以解决实际问题作为优先，对车灯雾气形成的原因和雾气消散的机理进行综合分析，之后对LED车灯和普通卤素光源车灯进行比较，找出不同之处，并提出针对LED车灯雾气问题的解决方案。

LED车灯的价格几乎是普通卤素光源车灯价格的十倍，解决了车灯雾气问题对于OEM降低售后索赔费用和降低顾客抱怨都将会产生比较大的贡献。

Chinese motor market is very big, more and more people have bought motors. Most customers are focusing on vehicles’ quality; the bad weather has made lamp condensation issue to be a top warranty/ TGW(customer complaints) issues, and some customers complained they are quality issues, even requested to replace the lamp. Are those customers’ requests making sense? How to verify they are condensation issue or water ingress issue caused by poor lamp sealing?  Are there any differences between condensation issue and other normal issues? Are there any differences between LED lamp and halogen lamp in condensation performance? How to resolve LED lamp condensation in special ways?

To answer the questions above, author will take solving actual issues as priority; will show the root causes of lamp condensation and the ways of condensation clearing; will find the differences between LED lamp and halogen lamp, at last to provide some solutions for LED lamp condensation issue specially.

The price of LED lamp is nearly ten times of halogen lamp, the solutions listed in this paper will have a big contribution on warranty spend and TGW reduction in OEMs.
