Design Parameters of Light Guide for Lateral Light Intensity李虎强1,韩红亮2 (1.中国第一汽车股份有限公司技术中心,长春市 130011) 摘要:随着光导技术在汽车灯具中的广泛应用,光导技术的发光效率和发光均匀性日益受到设计者的关注,如何在LED芯片相同的情况下通过优化光导结构的参数提高光导光照强度和均匀性成为了设计者研究的热点。本文即通过对光导设计中涉及到的齿高、齿宽、起始角、结束角、齿距等参数进行研究,通过利用SPEOS CAA V5光学设计软件进行模拟仿真,得出各个参数的变化对光导发光效率的影响趋势,从而指导实际设计。 关键词:车灯光导光强均匀性 LED 齿高 齿宽。 The study on light guide design parameters to density LI HuQiang1,HAN Hongliang2 (1. How to increase the efficiency and homogeneity by optimizing the parameters of the light guide structure has become a hot research under using the same LED chips. This paper aims to demonstrate the whole process of design of light guide for a tail-lamp function using a powerful tool SPEOS CAA V5 technology. Different light guide parameters like tooth height , tooth width, start angle, end angle, pitch will bring different results. The results could Guide the actual design in some project.
