Denoising investigation of LED  headlamp with fans

Abstract-thermal management is always regarded as bottle-neck technology for the widespread promotion for LED in automobile industries. LED module with fans cooling,  despite great benefit on thermal cooling and long span of LED  it shows, the noise from fans can never be ignored after long use. The paper focus on de-noising technology of fan and intend to give effective way to reduce noise to the large extent. by analyzing the root causes of noise from fan and comparing three different way of testing, the paper demonstrate the relationship among pressue , air flow, static pressue efficiency, overall pressue efficiency and sound pressue level, which definitely show that fan with bionical wing is much better than the normal wing. Comparatively, the bionical wing with suction surface show better performance on reducing air resistance and improving efficiency. It conclude that the fans with bionical technology on the suction and pressure surface will be the better way to reduce the noise from fan.
